Mayors Discuss Economic Stimulus at Whitehouse

President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden welcomes the nations mayors at the Whitehouse to discuss the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, known as the Economic Stimulus Bill.

Obama took a moment to welcome Richard J. Daley, mayor of Chicago. Noted that he is surprised Daley is still speaking after he took Arne Duncan, former Chicago Public Schools chief and now director of the U.S. Department of Education.
